Shipping policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have placed your order online you will receive an email confirming your order and payment. This is the receipt for your order. If you don't receive this email, please check your junk mail folder and you may have to add us to your safe senders list.

PACKAGING
Natalie Rochelle jewellery will be beautifully packaged in a gift box that can be kept to keep your jewellery safe. 

DISPATCH
You will receive an email advising you of when your order has been dispatched (please check your 'junk' or 'spam' mail folders if you don't receive this). We usually aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (2 working days), however, during peak times such as Christmas, please allow extra time for dispatch.  If you require faster delivery, please get in contact via our online form.

EU DELIVERY

All items are shipped from the UK and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be paid by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs. All fees and charges will be the responsibility of the customer, or if being sent to someone else, the person receiving the parcel.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND TIMINGS

United Kingdom
Standard Delivery - FREE Royal Mail Second Class. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery.
Express Delivery - £2.99 Royal Mail First Class. Whilst many parcels arrive the next working day after dispatch, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Guaranteed Delivery - £6.99 Royal Mail Special Delivery. Guaranteed delivery next working day after dispatch (please note we do not guarantee to post your goods on the day of ordering as most of Natalie Rochelle orders are custom-made.  If you need a super-fast turnaround, please contact us before ordering so we can prioritise your order).

Europe
Standard International - £9.99. Please allow up to 11 working days for delivery. Please note that additional customs and tax charges may be applicable.

USA and rest of the world
Express International - £14.99. Please allow up to 11 working days for delivery.
Standard International - £11.99. Please allow up to 17 working days for delivery.
