I have a question and notice you don't have a contact number on the website, how should I get in touch?
The best way to get in touch is to send a message via the contact us page on the website or emailing info@natalierochelle.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible

Not sure how if the bracelets will fit me. What size are they made?
All our bracelets are made to a size of 18cm which will be a good fit for most people. If you are unsure we recommend measuring your wrist with a string and measure against a standard ruler or clothing tape and adding at least 1-2cm to that measurement to calculate your custom size.

Can I order your bracelets in a custom size?
Yes, most bracelets and necklaces can be made in custom sizes. Simply email and special instructions including your wrist measurement required so that we can advise on availability and cost to info@natalierochelle.com - Please note that custom orders are non-returnable.

I want to send a gift, is this possible?
Yes, simply enter a different delivery address on the checkout page. We will make sure your gift is wrapped and will look amazing for the receipient and will not include any prices with the order.

My gift voucher code doesn’t work. Can you help?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, please check that the voucher is still in date. Make sure you enter the gift voucher correcly on the checkout. If you are still having issues, please get in contact and we would be happy to help.

I’ve lost my gift voucher, what should I do?
If you’ve lost your gift voucher, we may be able to help if you can remember who purchased it for you and when. Please email info@natalierochelle.com

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours, but usually quicker, however, in busy times like Christmas we can usually take a little longer. If you require a quicker delivery, please email me and let me know and we will make every effort to speed the delivery up.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Delivery usually arrives within a couple of days of dispatch for UK orders, but please check the standard delivery times on our delivery page. If you are worried that a delivery is late, please get in touch and we will look into it for you. During busy times of the year, parcels can take a little longer.
