We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All items returned are at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed and at the customer's risk. We strongly advise using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings.
We do not accept the return of custom products such as bespoke orders or personalised items, this includes necklaces that are made to order.
We are unable to refund the cost of gift wrapping.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that any refund will be less the original postage cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
